Collection Map

The Collection Map is a service maintained by the TAKO network, where museums share information on their subcollections. The Map allows museums to present also collections that have not yet been listed. The Collection Map is also a tool for an individual museum when outlining and presenting their collections and priorities. The museums upload information about their own collections to the Collection Map, so the date within the service accumulates gradually. The Collection Map does not include information on single items, photographs or other material, but larger entities and subcollections.
